Definitely the best hair straightener in the world. After trying a few staighteners available in the market I settled for ghd as I had heard rave reviews from my friends and hair stylists. I was a bit sceptical when I was buying the product as it is quite expensive in comparison to other straighteners but my doubts vanished as soon as tried it for the first time. I have frizzy hair which is extremely unmanageable and I have always wanted to have straight and silky hair. I can finally say that my dream has come true hair straighteners tend to make the hair very dry. But ghd does not. Though I need to condition my hair very well after every wash preferably with a hair mask . I leave it on for 3 4 mins wash it off dry my hair using a hair dryer. I then liberally spray a good heat protect spray all over my hair and use the iron.i am thrilled with this product and would recommend it to anyone who has always wished she had soft silky and straight hair buy it girls..you will not regret
Ghd reputation is unquestionable. This styler is the best and there isn't much more to say good value for money from this supplier.
heats up in an instant and stays hot until I'm done. It works like a dream and it was recommended by my hairdresser. I'm so glad I bought this because it makes my styling time next to nothing now instead of constantly going over the same area repeatedly like with a cheap iron. It also stays clean.
gentle on hair doesn't fry it. Will never buy an off brand again
The nano ceramic plates in this straightener deliver far-infrared heat, a gentler alternative in and of itself. As if that weren't enough, there's also a reservoir where you can pour in some of the (included) argan treatment and thermal protectant, creating a conditioning steam that will strengthen and safeguard strands while you straighten. Admittedly an extra step, sure, but one that's well worth it.

Heats up fast. Does not rip hair or get hair caught in crevices. Works on thick curly middle eastern hair. Works great and quick on wavy hair also

In the 1800s, American women started wearing their hair up when they became ready to get married. Among the Fulani people of west Africa, unmarried women wear their hair ornamented with small amber beads and coins, while married women wear large amber ornaments. Marriage is signified among the Toposa women of South Sudan by wearing the hair in many small pigtails. Unmarried Hopi women have traditionally worn a "butterfly" hairstyle characterized by a twist or whorl of hair at each side of the face.[42]
heats up so fast and does a great job straightening my hair I am not the most coordinated person and even I can use this.
