Wife having as replacement after 5 years using first one ghd.

Good quality flat iron. Recommended by my stylist for at home use
I initially thought this was a copy but it seems to be 100 original. Strangely it does not come with the box or the dvd but otherwise matches the descriptions from others. A quick run through you tube and you can see all of the different styling options easily enough anyway. Have had this for quite a few months now and it still works good as new.
I was pretty skeptical about buying the ghd professional from any site other than the ghdhair.com website. After reading several reviews how could I know if I was going to paying for a fake one or not but by waiting until it came in the mail and going over the checklist as well as registering it I'm so glad I took the chance because according to the ghdhair.com registry this one is real I love this straightener my hair is naturally wavy and even though I have alot of it my hair is fine. I have short medium hair length and needed a straightner that was going to be able to make my hair iron board straight. I got a new chic hair cut and it looks awful either other way. Also battling the southern humidity is a challenge in itself but with this straightener and some hydrating oil my hair is exactly like I wanted it it heats up super fast and works it's magic in few passes thru the hair. Not to mention the sweet deal of 60.00 off because I ordered thru amazon
Great purchase
love it

Since 2004, ghd has raised approximately £2.5 million for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity.[28] The company produces a limited edition pink hair iron every year, with £10 of the sale price being donated in support the charity.[29] In 2010, ghd partnered with charity "Mom It Forward" and SafeHouse Denver, a women’s shelter that serves victims of domestic violence and their children, in an event at Sephora.[30]
Another excellent budget hot air styler is the Remington Style and Curl Air Styler and with 9 customer reviews giving 4.7 out of 5 stars I would recommend this product.  This is a great on the go styler because it is lightweight so easy to pack away.  It has two attachments so is suitable for medium length and shorter hair (25mm brush and 19mm brush) and has two heat and speed settings so you can set your curls and fast dry hair prior to styling.  The Remington Style and Curl is good for flicks, curls and adding volume, giving a glossy, lustrous finish.  Reviewers like the fact that it can be used on damp as well as dry hair and all say that it works a dream.
Great flat iron does the job well.
Since the 1970s, women have worn their hair in a wide variety of fairly natural styles. In the 1980s, women pulled back their hair with scrunchies, stretchy ponytail holders made from cloth over fabric bands. Women also often wear glittery ornaments today, as well as claw-style barrettes used to secure ponytails and other upswept or partially upswept hairstyles.[14] Today, women and men can choose from a broad range of hairstyles, but they are still expected to wear their hair in ways that conform to gender norms: in much of the world, men with long hair and women whose hair doesn't appear carefully groomed may face various forms of discrimination, including harassment, social shaming or workplace discrimination.[35] This is somewhat less true of African-American men, who wear their hair in a variety of styles that overlap with those of African-American women, including box braids and cornrows fastened with rubber bands and dreadlocks.[36]
During this period, Western men began to wear their hair in ways popularized by movie stars such as Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. and Rudolph Valentino. Men wore their hair short, and either parted on the side or in the middle, or combed straight back, and used pomade, creams and tonics to keep their hair in place. At the beginning of the Second World War and for some time afterwards, men's haircuts grew shorter, mimicking the military crewcut.[30]
love love love I cant say enough good things about this product. I bought this as a replacement for one that was given to me 9 years ago. I plan to have this one for another 9 years such a high quality item
the best worth every penny
Great product

The best hair straighteners should offer you adjustable temperature settings so you can customize it depending on your hair type. This is incredibly important if you have thin/fine, delicate, or damaged hair because it allows you to ensure that the iron doesn’t get too hot for your hair. Basically, having the ability to set the temperature/heat setting gives you more control. But if you prefer to have a set temperature, then you should take note just how much heat your hair can take and how hot your hair straightener can get.

pricey yes but what can I say daughter swears by ghd's no substitute no point buying cheaper brands. If she's happy then so am i. Her second paid of ghd's in 10 years so good value.
Easy to use. Quickly heats up and gives a soft beep when it's ready. Much prefer it over the chi straighteners I've used in the past
3rd September 1665: Up, and put on my coloured silk suit, very fine, and my new periwig, bought a good while since, but darst not wear it because the plague was in Westminster when I bought it. And it is a wonder what will be the fashion after the plague is done as to periwigs, for nobody will dare to buy any haire for fear of the infection? That it had been cut off the heads of people dead of the plague.
This straightener heats up cools down very rapidly. It's light and easy to use. Doesn't singe your hair. The delivery was very quick too. Highly recommend this ghd straightener.
Hanz de Fuko’s Modify Pomade is 100% water based. A water based product is easy to wash out but still keeps your hair in place and shining to the max! We recommend using this product for medium hold and high shine. If you want to go full on extreme hold and high shine, then use Heavymade. Like our Modify Pomade, this water base formula goes on clean and heavy. Also great for edge control on African-American hair.

Let’s face it: styling your hair is a 360° job. That’s why the folks at Cloud Nine have designed their Original Flat Iron with a swivelling 360° cord! No more tangled messes or twisted cords, with this hair straightener you can easily reach delicate fly-aways and seemingly invisible back sections without the hassle of a tangled or knotted cord ever again. When it comes to hair straighteners, the Cloud Nine Original Flat Iron really proves that perfection is in the details!

Short hair for fashionable men was a product of the Neoclassical movement. Classically inspired male hair styles included the Bedford Crop, arguably the precursor of most plain modern male styles, which was invented by the radical politician Francis Russell, 5th Duke of Bedford as a protest against a tax on hair powder; he encouraged his frends to adopt it by betting them they would not. Another influential style (or group of styles) was named by the French "à la Titus" after Titus Junius Brutus (not in fact the Roman Emperor Titus as often assumed), with hair short and layered but somewhat piled up on the crown, often with restrained quiffs or locks hanging down; variants are familiar from the hair of both Napoleon and George IV of England. The style was supposed to have been introduced by the actor François-Joseph Talma, who upstaged his wigged co-actors when appearing in productions of works such as Voltaire's Brutus (about Lucius Junius Brutus, who orders the execution of his son Titus). In 1799, a Parisian fashion magazine reported that even bald men were adopting Titus wigs,[18] and the style was also worn by women, the Journal de Paris reporting in 1802 that "more than half of elegant women were wearing their hair or wig à la Titus."[19]

my hair legit gets all the time very frizzy and never gets straight. This product is amazing and I truly think it is the real ghd it heats up quick and my hair straight lasts a very long time. Great for the price... Totally worth getting.
We try our best with the links to redirect people to the best Amazon store based on their location. For the 2 link examples, you have provided the first one goes to Amazon Australian store and the second one goes to the U.S store. The best approach might be for you to go to the correct Amazon store first and do a search for the product. I do hear that Amazon Australia has just opened and that some of the prices are quite high…. I am not sure what is best for your location?
I will start by admitting that I really don't do much with my hair. It's naturally curly and I never even blow dry it. I gave my last flatiron to my daughter when she went away to college.but after using the ghd styler I think the reason I never did much with my hair is because I was always using substandard products. This styler doesn't pull my hair. It runs through smoothly. It takes at most two passes to straighten my hair. It heats up really quickly. I love the fact that the cord is super long and swivels. It doesn't leave my hair looking frizzy. It even helps to straighten out my cowlick at my hairline. It curls easily as well but I mostly just used it for straightening .it has an on off switch and a led light to indicate when it's ready to use which is about 30 seconds it's super fast . It's also dual voltage which is fantastic when I travel you just need to provide a plug adapter for the outlet .it's pricey but definitely worth the money. If you are in need of a styler to use every day invest in this one

My husband bought this for me as I was still using my expensive australian straightener here in the states. We knew how good amazon's return policy was so we ordered it knowing that we may possibly be buying a fake. Had a problem registering it on the website the first time only due to their site being temporarily under maintenance. No problems the 2nd time. The only difference with my product is the colour of the plates. Mine are black the picture shows cream . Pretty sure this is just because the photo is older.no complaints so far.
get used far too much she loves them.... Have had several other brands waste of time. Ghd's are in a different league expensive but recommended. Very good quality items so still good value
