I was fortunate enough to receive the real ghd classic styler successfully registered it on the ghd website and have loved it every single time I used it.i am half puerto rican with very naturally curly hair and this works wonders. It offers a all day straightening power and works wonderfully when I use it to curl the ends of my hair also.if you can take the risk of possibly getting a fake I highly recommend this product. Well worth every penny.
my styler seems to be legitimate and has the shiny sticker and seems to be correct in all other ways. It does indeed work so that really is all that matters. I was given this free for an honest review. I have to say overall I like this styler. It is the perfect size for my hair as it is short and medium in thickness. The styler it self is a little heavy to hold up for long periods so just be warned about that and it rolls on my counter top. It heats up quick and works great though and I love that I can curl or straighten and it has an auto shut off in case I forget to turn it off that is the best feature to any styler in my opinion so I do not burn my house down . Also this one in particular looks very nice not that it matters for functionality but it is a pretty iron. I was able to straighten my hair in far less time than my previous straightener and it seems also I am not using nearly as much heat. So I love this styler and my only complaint is that it is a bit clunky to hold.

The assumption seems to be you already know how to straighten your hair because you already have a ghd styler or you've used another brand before. I think this is a shame and seems a bit of an oversight as this gift set could be someone's first styler. I've had cheaper straighteners in the past which had quite a detailed page on how to get the best out of the straighteners . Yes you can find this information on the internet and on youtube but sometimes it's just nice to have it there to read when you open the box.having said that they do reach temperature quickly and straighten well you can tell why it's the brand leader. My previous straighteners you could alter the temperature but I'm quite happy with how these work at a set temperature and it's one less thing to faff around with. It has a 30 minute safety cut off for me this time could be shorter but at least it does have a cut off. the ghd works wonders on my hair. I have naturally wavy hair that can be difficult to straighten but this product takes care of business. I am definitely hooked definitely worth the money.

My second one I bought. It does a great job and does not dry your hair out. My hair always looks healthy
After I wore out the brushes on the first two, I was looking for another brand that might have a better, longer lasting brush. I found the Hot Revolver by Martino Cartier. This was a very poor product and extremely overpriced. The brush would not glide through my hair and it was worthless for smoothing. The brush started to "click" and would no longer spin while in my hair. Terrible product.

As for the results wow my hair has never felt or looked so good and I have fine curly frizzy hair I have even washed the car and guess what no frizz or curls please order them you seriously won't be disappointed

love this straightener. It heats up really quickly and will automatically shut off after a while an hour I think if it hasn't been used. It only has one heat setting. Also it's universal voltage so I was able to travel overseas with it very easily.

I don't know why I waited so long to invest in this product. I held off because of the price but now that I own it it is worth every penny I have fine hair that is very curly wavy. I have read other reviews about whether it is an original product because of where it was made. My styler says made in china . Some reviewers claim is not an authentic styler if it's not made in korea . My styler had the correct id label on it and I was able to register it on the ghd website. For now I highly recommend this product. As long as it continues to work for at least a year or more I will be very happy with my purchase.
Bought these and have validated with ghd and they are authentic. My last pair of the same model lasted 13 years I travel internationally a couple of times each year and it is so easy to just plug into an adapter for the same power abroad.

I have very tightly coiled african american hair. I used the blow dryer with a heat protectant and this iron got my hair bone straight and shiny. Its the holy grail basically in my opinion lol

This an expensive professional item that would not grant its 2 year guarantee if purchased from a non official distributor. I purchased from sephora and I'm incredibly happy with the product. It provides salon quality results so I see it as an investment instead of splurge. But if you're concerned both about the legitimacy as well as as the guarantee coverage of this product when purchasing from third party vendors like I was go ahead and spend the extra money. It might save you a lot of headaches and money in the end.

Great styler but I was not able to register it with ghd. Pretty disappointed. They said that does not mean it's not authentic just that I did not buy it from an approved dealer.
I have fine hair but a lot of it. I haven't straightened my hair in years so I finally decided it was time to buck up the necessary cash for a decent one.so far so great
this is the best iron money can buy. It is expensive but its worth it if you can save and buy it.
